Standard Coaching

  • Premium training peaks account included with plan and all training delievered in Training Peaks
  • Ability to provide weekly training blocks for flexibility and adaptation
  • In depth consultation with your coach to discuss goals and past performances and injuries
  • Continious communication between coach and athelete
  • Strength exercises included
  • Race and nutrition plan
  • $150/month with three month minimum

Basic training plan

  • Basic Training Peaks account with workout sent through Training Peaks
  • weekly training plans
  • $30/week with 8 week minimum 

Race day Pacing service

  • In addition to standard coaching services for 3 months.
  • In person pacing by coach during race
  • $500 plus race fees
