Standard Coaching
- Premium training peaks account included with plan and all training delievered in Training Peaks
- Ability to provide weekly training blocks for flexibility and adaptation
- In depth consultation with your coach to discuss goals and past performances and injuries
- Continious communication between coach and athelete
- Strength exercises included
- Race and nutrition plan
- $150/month with three month minimum
Basic training plan
- Basic Training Peaks account with workout sent through Training Peaks
- weekly training plans
- $30/week with 8 week minimum
Race day Pacing service
- In addition to standard coaching services for 3 months.
- In person pacing by coach during race
- $500 plus race fees
