Throughout my years of endurance training and racing, I have tried many different training theories and methodologies. With that knowledge and experience, I have learned that everyone handles training stress differently. I am motivate to help others achieve their goals.
God has blessed me with a beautiful wife and six wonderful children who also enjoy sports as much as I do.

God has provided us with an amazing human body that is capable of so much. As Eliud Kipchoge once said, “Only the disciplined ones in life are free. If you are undisciplined, you are a slave to your moods and your passions“. I believe the discipline you learn in endurance training correlates with how we are disciplined in our lives. To be disciplined, is to be virtuous. These are the four cardinal virtues that should guide us, not only in training, but in life:
Wisdom – To know what training works and what doesn’t and how to apply it
Justice – To know that all of us are not built the same, and that’s a good thing.
Courage – To put yourself out there and face your fears. To attempt something many people have never done.
Temperance – Moderation, pacing, nutrition and understanding that, at the end of the day, this is “just running
